WE ARE FINALLY MARRIED!!

MISTER AND MISSES STEBBINS

the story is pretty much like this...

on monday may 16, 2011 we both agreed that we couldn't stand living together anymore without being married. so the decision was made. on thursday, we would be wed!

so we asked Shadoe's grandpa, and our friend Clyde to come be witnesses for us and they both happily agreed. and the day was set!!

so, thursday morning - MAY 19, 2011 - we got in some nice church clothes and headed to the court house. it took a total of five minutes, but they were definitely my favorite five minutes of my life so far! the clerk who did it ended up being a friend of Shadoe's mom, so she was so excited to do someone she knew. she compared my ring to married life in that at the top is where we are starting out - it's beautiful and lovely. but as our life progresses, we will go down to the dull part of the ring where things are hard and not pretty at all. but as long as we keep WORKING - she promised it would be work - together, we would always work our way back up to the top, where it is lovely and beautiful! i enjoyed that analogy!!

i was so happy afterwards i was smiling, crying, and laughing all at once!

we are now planning a couple open houses and a ring ceremony for the rest of our family and friends to be able to see! and i will definitely posting when that will be as soon as we decide. it will be a wednesday in july though for sure!!

REASON FOR THE SPONTANEOUS MARRIAGE:

we both want to be a forever family.. and SOON! we hate not being sealed to each other and our Chance bug. may 2012 sounds so much better than july or august 2012. so we have already started our preparation to return the iron rod. everyone can mark their calendars for our temple date goal!
